O just fudge it!!!

Forget all the


                           Depressing stuff and


                           Excited about life

What’s your flavor? Do you like chocolate? white chocolate? sweet or semi sweet? How about peanut butter?

What ever it is, find it in a bag of (chocolate) chips,you will need 3 cups of your favorite flavored chips to make some good fudge plus:

A can of sweetened condensed milk (14 ounces), 1/4 cup butter, 1 cup chopped nuts,(your choice), 1/2 to 1 cup shredded coconut. The butter should be room temperature.

Put the chocolate chips,  milk and butter in a glass bowl, zap for 60 seconds, stir, zap for 60 seconds, stir

Repeat this until everything is melted and smooth, about 3-5 minutes. Stir in the chopped nuts. If you like coconut, stir in the shredded coconut. (This will make it taste like Almond Joy). If you like your fudge plain then omit nuts and coconut. I don’t know about coconut with peanut butter chips but chopped nuts with the peanut butter is good!


Line a baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Spray with oil. Pour your fudge in the pan and refrigerate overnight.

Remove the pan when the fudge is firm, turn the pan upside down, peal the foil or paper off. Cut your fudge into the sizes you want.
