Whenever you have a left over meat mixture like chili, spaghetti or in this case Stuffed Bell Peppers, don’t freeze it, (well you could) Flip it! For this skillet you will need a roll of huge biscuits. Separate the biscuit and spread it on the bottom of your pan/dish. I prefer a cast iron skillet.
Spoon your leftover meat mixture onto the biscuits. Cover the meat with biscuits. I suggest you separate the huge biscuits so your crust won’t be so doughy.
If you like cheese and have cheese, lay it on top of the biscuit crust. I only had 2 slices left but I tried it later with the top covered with cheese and I liked it.
Bake this according to the directions on the biscuits.
Serve with your breakfast food such as eggs.
This is a nice and quick way to use a leftover meat mixture and make a hearty (breakfast or any) meal. Enjoy! It’s really good with the melted cheese. Tell me what you think of it.
